For many years after he is born a male is a member of the Country of the Youth. They are naturally inculcated in the state religion of Woman Worship and instructed in their status as women’s inferiors, mere creatures.
The young men are allowed to spend some time under their own control, enjoying themselves as they wish. When their sexual capacity and desires develop there is no restriction on their sexual fulfillment. Males are allowed to masturbate as often as they wish. (And it is very, very often.)

When the male approaches the age when he will be auctioned off and become the owned property of a woman he is moved to the Country of Preparation. A time of stunned shock. While the males grow up knowing their future as slaves their hearts are never really ready for their transition.
The slaves-to-be are assigned small cells. They are allowed no entertainment. No socializing. Much of their time the men are locked in bondage chairs and watch training and condition films.
This is when each male gets his first chastity belt: his penis’ permanent prison.
In the first phase males are allowed leisure and sexual pleasure so that will keenly appreciate what they lose on becoming the property of a superior female.
Once a man’s penis is locked up it is forever. Total male chastity has begun. He will no longer be allowed to masturbate. Never again will he experience the pleasure of an orgasm.
