Owner / slave contracts can be found all over the web.
Some are so broad as to verge on nullity: the submissive partner agrees to be respectful (i.e., a civil human being) and obedient. The dominant promises to be careful. And it is void at anytime for any reason (shouldn’t be anything else).
Some are just collections of slave rules. One of the best known is verbose, eerily specific, reflects the kink of just one person but roundup being reproduced all over the web because of its comparatively early publication date.
Generally these kinky regulatory documents are designed for lifestyle relationships in which the partners live together in a D/s context 24/7. Though they do seem to be growing in popularity with the long distance money mistresses: give the client something that feels tangible I guess.
Some couples use them as a way of distinguishing time spent in play space from the rest of their lives. They find it as a handy way of making a clean demarcation. And a few use them to provide excuses to play punishment games (I kind of like that one).
I think most couples feel that contracts are encumbrances, introducing an unwanted level of complexity to play. But if you call them agreements or guidelines they are less formidable.
Have you – do you – use a contract / agreement?
Would you like to? For clarity? Because it seems hot and sexy?
